Italian Sausage in Herbed Bread
5 Sweet Italian Sausages
1 13.8 oz tube of Pizza Dough
3 teaspoons of Italian seasoning
3 Tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
Grill the sausages until cooked through.
Combine the Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese with the pizza dough.
Place the knotted bread sausages on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven 475 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until brown:)
Serve with spicy mustard and/or marinara sauce:)






You are killing me right now! It's another hour or two before dinner and now I see this .. looks delicious, Evelyn :-) Pinned, but I will have to use something else in the place of the tube of Pizza Dough - have an idea, already !

DeleteOH, only sort of related, but I wonder how good that dough would taste as a true pizza dough. I never thought to spruce up the pizza dough...I might have to give it a whirl.
