- 1-Â Rotel- 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes with chilies
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Tortilla Chips

How to make cheesy Rotel bean dip:

Start your cheesy bean dip by preheating oven to 350 degrees. Place the refried beans, Rotel, 2 oz of the cream cheese, and taco seasoning in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until very smooth and well combined.

Add the additional cream cheese and cheddar cheese stir until well combined.

Spread the bean dip mixture into a baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

After removing the dish from the oven, top with additional shredded cheese before serving, if desired. Serve this cheesy Rotel bean dip with tortilla chips.
