Black Cow Float

Blast from the past! Our Black Cow Float is a sweet reminiscence of those summer days when the only care in the world was scooping vanilla ice cream into a glass of Coke. And we’ve added a chocolatey twist to it for all you cocoa-lovers out there! Dive into nostalgia and enjoy the child within.

As a kid we grew up on coca cola with ice cream as delicious summer floats.  It is one of our great memories of childhood but why did it stop at childhood?  Why do we not make these creamy coke ice cream floats anymore?    Did we become to “cultured” to enjoy simple snacks or desserts in our mature age?   Well, lets put a stop to this with a Black Cow Float today!  This black cow float is the same as a coke ice cream float but with chocolate syrup. We use coca cola with vanilla ice cream in a glass that has been drizzled with chocolate syrup

How to make a Black Cow Float (coke ice cream float with chocolate)

 

Drizzle the chocolate syrup all around the insides of the glasses.

Using an ice cream scoop add the ice cream into the 2 glasses.

Pour half the coco-cola over the top of the ice cream into each glass.  

Top your ice cream floats with whipped topping (optional), add straws and serve immediately.
