15 of the Best Sunday Brunch Buffet Recipes

May 3, 2018 by Evelyn Leave a Comment

Whether you are hosting a few or many a Sunday Brunch Buffet is one of the easiest ways to make this morning meal extra special.

Sunday Brunch Buffet Recipes

There is a special place in the Mesilla Valley in New Mexico that has an amazing Sunday Brunch Buffet.  The Double Eagle in the old town of Mesilla was built in 1849 and is a rare gem of a place.   The building was first a private residence and now it is a fabulous restaurant.    It is an antiques-filled Mexican Hacienda with several dining areas such as the Isabella ballroom, the Carlota Salon or the Billy the Kid patio atrium.
Their Sunday brunch buffet serves everything from enchiladas to prime rib and eggs benedict.  They also have an amazing chocolate fountain with a variety of items to dip into the rich goodness.   And the servers keep your Mimosa glass full.
There is such a great history connected with the Double Eagle restaurant, I mean where else can you dine, in grand spender and take a walk down history?  The history even involves a ghost story and a ghost room which the staff will explain or tell of suspicious events that have happened to them personally.
.
But you don’t have to go anywhere to have a great Sunday Brunch Buffett.   You could have an amazing brunch buffet right at home.  To help you we have gathered together a list of recipes that will make your brunch buffet a hit each and every time.
.
