My Favorite Thanksgiving Dishes

Thanksgiving is my hands down favorite holiday!  Somehow, the idea of entire families  sitting down together to eat a great meal and give thanks, just makes me tear up.  And I do tear up, I don't remember a year that I haven't cried tears of thankfulness and joy as my sweet hubby says the blessing over our Thanksgiving meal.

I would like to share some of our favorite Thanksgiving dishes starting with the all out star of the show:
 The Turkey!

This Turkey is cooked breast side down allow those juices to settle in the breast for a perfect moist Turkey.

A classic southern style stuffing made with homemade cornbread and a special sage.

This gravy is loaded with flavor and can be whipped up in minutes

Homemade Cranberry Sauce

A make ahead dish that is loaded with cheese and roasted garlic that is almost the star of the show at Thanksgiving
Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Not plain old corn for us but this flavorful corn casserole with ricotta cheese and basil that can also be made ahead

These gorgeous green beans not only add color to your table, the flavors will compliment any meal

Thanksgiving is not Thanksgiving without fresh homemade bread and these rolls are shaped into a clover leaf in order to easily open them up and add some rich butter.

This dish is one of our most popular dishes, it has a mixture of fresh cranberries with pineapple and marshmallows with whipped cream!  Amazing!

A splash of bourbon adds a rich taste to this classic pecan pie!

So Thankful and Blessed from our Ranch to yours!
